1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Sketch2CAD (operated by Sahal Kabeer), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Sketch2CAD provides AI-powered tools to convert sketches into CAD files and blueprints. Services are provided on a credit-based system.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments and Credits
Payments are processed securely via our payment providers. Credits purchased are non-transferable. Pricing is subject to change, but purchased credits will remain valid.
5. Generation Attempts & Credits
Credits are deducted per generation attempt. Also the credits reset every month.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the original sketches you upload. By using the service, you grant Sketch2CAD a license to process your files solely for the purpose of generating the requested outputs.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sketch2CAD is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of the AI-generated outputs safely for professional engineering without verification.
